TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE AND PRODUCT PURCHASES FROM THIS SITE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS.
BY USING THIS SITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Spruce Up Your Deck reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable in terms of quality and service that is offered by us and we will help wherever possible to ensure this is so. In order to ensure our prices stay low we need our customers to act in a fair and reasonable manner too.
All prices include VAT. If you wish to buy from a VAT exempt country or a VAT registered company in the EU please contact Spruce Up Your Deck.
We will replace any of the products if it is defective, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Under the distant selling regulations you have the right to a cancel your order within 7 business days, however this does not apply to businesses. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned unused item. The item and it's packaging must be undamaged and in a saleable condition. A 20% restocking and or repackaging fee will be charged on orders placed incorrectly and the delivery charge will not be refunded. Email us for the returns address sales@spruceupyourdeck.co.uk When returning a product, we recommend you use a service where you are able to track/prove delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of returned goods.
If the return is the due to a problem with the product or an error by Spruce Up Your Deck then we will arrange for collection.
Please be extra careful when selecting the correct product. If you are not sure or if you have any questions regarding a product please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions accurately.
Delivery will either:
a) be dispatched on the working day following payment if the products are in stock, or
b) be despatched on the working day following receipt from the manufacturers if they are not in stock. This is normally 2-3 working days following order. You will be notified if the items are out of stock.
Allow up to 3 business days from day of dispatch for your product to arrive. We do not guarantee the day of delivery due to the fact that we have no control over third party companies who carry out deliveries for us. Therefore we accept no responsibility for late deliveries. Tracking details will be available on request any time after despatch. If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery, they will attempt to deliver a second time free. However, if they are still unable to make the delivery to you, an additional delivery charge will be incurred by you. Descriptions are to be used as a guide only and we cannot be held responsible for typing errors in descriptions. Pictures used on this web site are not necessarily the actual product you will receive.
If you live in a postal areas that is excluded from the standard delivery charge we may be able to delivery to your location for an additional charge, please see 'Delivery & Returns for current information.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply at our discretion.
