DELIVERY
Please make sure you provide a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. Deliveries will need to be signed for.
Delivery will either:
a) be despatched on the working day following payment if the products are in stock, or
b) be despatched on the working day following receipt from the manufacturers if they are not in stock. This is normally 2 - 3 working days, following order. You will be notified if the products are out of stock.
NOTE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES AS WE USE NATIONWIDE CARRIERS THAT FROM TIME TO TIME ARE DELAYED - ESPECIALLY BEFORE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND DURING WEATHER PROBLEMS. IF YOU NEED PRODUCTS URGENTLY PLEASE CALL US BEFORE ORDERING AND WE WILL ADVISE DESPATCH DATE AND DELIVERY METHOD. WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED DELIVERY DAYS.

How to return goods
Please call 01493 718084 and let us know about the problem. For reasons other than damaged, not working, or wrong goods, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Spruce Up Your Deck will not refund goods (for business to business transactions) that are: a) undamaged and in good working order b) repairable c) custom made, i.e. personalised d) in the possession of the customer for more than 5 working days without informing Spruce Up Your Deck. In all cases Spruce Up Your Deck reserve the right to repair or replace goods over refunding monies.
Consumers have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to return the goods, at their own expense and within 7 working days, for a full refund. Refunds in these cases will be given upon the receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the consumer and the receipt of the goods in a saleable condition. This does not apply to personalised goods or goods made or modified to the Consumers specification.
The address for any returns will be given by Spruce Up Your Deck and may be different in each case.
Once clearance has been given by Spruce Up Your Deck, please package securely and dispatch to the given address.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods
In the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure you sign for the goods as "damaged" or "unchecked". |
